Q: Are your products NEW?
A: Yes, all our items are brand new. We do not offer any refurbished or open box products.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on most of our Children's products within the continental US. some electronics may ship free and others ship according to weight. Free shipping will be clearly marked. You can also add to cart and calculate shipping costs when ordering both Children's Items and Electronics together. Please read our policy page for details.

Q: Can you combine shipping on your Children's Items if I buy more than one?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to combine shipping on multiple item orders on Children's products. Most pieces are shipped separately from the manufacturers facility.

Q: What payment methods can I use? I see at the checkout it offers Paypal, but I do not have a Paypal account.
A: Paypal is our processor for each transaction. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. Your choices for payment are as follows: All major credit cards (or debit card with Visa/Mastercard Logo) or Paypal. We also take money orders and wire transfers please call for details.
